Sure a helpful tutorial, but a tip for coming tutorials. Dont read so much, display the facts in short words ans describe how to solve the problem without spending sentences over sentences in unimportant things. I think this tutorial (both parts) can be compressed to less than 5 Minutes without any loose of explanation quality. Sorry.

Get it through your heads that when you get the cracked version, it's not going to work like it would with the real version. IT SAYS NO SUPPORTED SOFTWARE BECAUSE YOU REALLY DON'T HAVE THE FREAKIN SOFTWARE.

There might be an error with your card or MAGIX, it could go either way. Trying to figure this out would be a real hassle, so something that I would reccomend is calling MAGIX in for customer support if you already haven't.

Also, try searching around at support.magix(.)net

They have some helpful stuff there too.

Ok wait...

So you downloaded them, but you couldn't download them? Listen, while there downloading, you can't just fondle around on your computer. You have to let them download right. So when you click download, leave your comp. alone 'till your done. Go to part 2 of the tutorial and see if the icons look like mine when your done. Then your ok.

Also remember to save them in the folder I told you too! :P

I would suggest Fruity Loops if your thinking about taking this seriously. Use that for making other instruments that would be in your band, and I'd recommend getting Adobe Soundbooth to record your voice, instrument, and put everything together. But MAGIX is basically a building block up to Fruity Loops. You can start andyway you want though.

Hmm...

Here's 2 theory's:

1. You didn't download the files right. If they look like green/blueish windows and not like the the icons do in part 2, they downloaded wrong and you'll have to re-install them.

Or 2. If you have a pirated version or a trial, it might not work. I'm doing this on a bought, non-trial version. If you bought it but it says its a trial, try getting the activation code from the e-mail you signed up with MAGIX with.

well, the 4 content packs are really tricky, they have to be downloaded slowly somehow (I have to slow down my internet to make it works,weird right?) and has to be installed in the order and better to do it one time (content pack 1-4), and finally it works after two days of purchase !! because it probobly got downloaded wrong. If the icon has blue windows then it messed up while it was downloading. Re-download them and then try it without being on your computer while they're downloading.

to download music maker you had to sign up right? the serial number was in that e-mail you signed up with. look through that e-mail really carefully to find it. it should say "activation code" instead of serial number. comment back if you still cant find it :]

then go back to the sound packet download page (link in discription) and install them to the SAME FOLDER in the video, make sure. dont do anything on your computer while installing them cuz they could mess up. after installing all 3 of them (content packs 2 3 and 4) go to Start → Documents and into the folder i told you to save them at. then they should be there if you followed these instructions right.

If you mean if you can download all 4 content packs at one time? Then no. You have to download and install each one individually. And If you mean each sound? The 4 content packs have a bunch of sounds in them, so you only have to download 4 things and install 4 things.

Ok, i have MMM14, i moved it from my laptops hard drive to my external hard drive, couldnt move the soundpacks though, so i completely screwed magix all up, im trying to re-download the packs now, it might work? also, in fl studios you can use the asio4all sound driver, i like to record my guitar, and that allowed me to hear my guitar through my computer speakers in real time, can you do the same with magix? my guitar sounds a lot different on my amp then it does comming out of magix.
