As I watched Obama's interview , at times I almost believed I was seeing the same guy who seemed so empathetic towards the general American public (you know, the hard working average Joe like you and me).

Then he bragged about the pearl necklace he gave his wife - that's when I saw that this guy is at least careless about the message he sends during difficult economic times.

My opinion: he thinks he's too much of a guy for having won the presidency and he seems to have forgotten the people.
