State legislation is key. A businesses primary function is 2 make profits. If this means pandering 2 illegals through secondary languages throughout their stores then they will do it. State government can prevent most anything they want through proper legislation. The major hurtle is the Federal government "over-riding" State law. I assume we all agree that facts are important, and thus revealing lies is also important in order to counter a breeding of hatred based on those lies that can lead to baseless tensions. These bases are required as it is the only way to "police" the ones who revolt against the "plan". Why else would the US spend BILLIONS on these bases? For fear of being attacked? WHO is being disscriminated against? The FACT that they ARE a burden proves that they have more rights ANY American citizen. They have public defenders, AND interpreters in court, they have interpreters in hospitals and clinics where they receive FREE care. They have teachers in ALL schools to teach them in their native language. They get MYRIAD social services that the run of the mill AMERICAN can never receive or receives in MUCH lower amounts. That is my point, Mexico's leadership and failed policies of Mexico are the driving force for the people to come here, but time and again, Mexico always blames the U.S. for everything, i.e. with the rash of severe border violence, instead of Mexico owning up to the crime wave and dealing with it, they blame the U.S. by saying that the people are buying the guns from the U.S., the attitude should be, I don't care where they got the guns, we're not going to tolerate this crime any longer.
