I am 1 of the unlucky one's who has had 1 of these new letters in sent out in 2010 i received it last week asking for £500 for downloading some adult film which i've never heard of in my life so far the amount of hours i have sent sorting it out is silly i hope this matter get sorted out and soon the great deal of stress i've been under is not good for me or anyone in this situation.
People are being acused of downloading gay porn and pay up because its so embarrassing. Why are they allowed to send such letters they should be the ones sued.
I agree. Lord Lucas is spot on. Pity we don't have more politicians like him here in Australia.

Excellent video, I'm glad that this issue is being discussed by the Lords. This grey area of UK civil law needs to be cleaned up.
