If the courts really cared they would find out how & why a child is filled with such hate and do something about it. Children aren’t born with hate in their hearts.They need to take a long hard look at the mother since she is the biggest influence.
i was given an order by the court to stay away from my son school for the next 3 years. i am awaiting the outcome of the trial of punishment either up to 3 months in prison or up to £5000 fine. i doubt it will be either maximum but roll on next birthday for the next surprise. i will not go away. it was a shame my son didnt see it but all his school friends told him about it. my son even testified against me to say he hated me (not bad since he has not seen me since he was 6 months old. @TheKristie111 Don't be scared of the Harassment Laws. The fact is, your ex could today just make up a false claim and it would have the same affect as if you had actually harassed her. The PHA1997 states that you have to engage in at least two acts that an independent person hearing the facts would consider harassment. An act like this birthday message isn't harassment, it is pure desperation. You can't get a criminal record for genuine acts of concern like this father engaged in. Contact RFFJ

This case is living proof that the courts couldn't give a damn about the 'best interests of the child'. How can it be in the kids best interests to have their family broken up like this?
