@Milkmanbag You can choose either to download. Both will give you the same download, we just have 2 just in case one of the downloads are slow, you can use the other.

@Xbox360MasterChief Mate all you need to do is to port forward your router (see a video on YouTube) then just go to TS3 client not server, but client, and start it, if you didn't port forward your router connect with those settings: IP: 127.0.0.1 Port: 9978 (default)

when i install and go to open with the shortcut it creates, it says it could not find "C:\Program Files\TeamSpeak 3 Client\ts3client_win32.exe."
