  • ALL THE MONEY BOYS!!ALL THE MONEY!!!!!!!

  • Ok for this recording it is not a sousaphone, I've played tuba/ sousaphone for 7 years and bass guitar for 4. I've recorded on various audio tracks for both and that is a bass guitar, it's just too smooth, you can't get such a clear round tone from recording a sousaphone.

  • @bassplaya1992 oh and also it finally sounds like a tuba at 2:28

  • I first got hooked on this style of music from listening to the Dirty Dozen Brass Band's guest appearance on Elvis Costello's album Spike. They blew me away. Now I'm checking these guys out, and remembering to go listen to some more DDBB.

  • I'm hooked !!!!!

  • @bubbaluke91 its actually a sausaphone, i know thats still a type of tuba, but still :D

  • @Rudisw well fiddle-ee-dee

  • great music !!!

  • The brass part is cool, but somehow I listen mostly to the bass. The bass, man, the bass!! Awesome song!

  • @elduuude The bass is a tuba.

  • @bubbaluke91 thanks for the info, i obviously had no idea. so then i like the tuba part very much!

  • @bubbaluke91 it actually is a bass if you listen to a tuba/sousaphone or however you spell it at the same time there is actually a pretty big difference

  • @Zigz15 Their website has a video of them recording this album and it features this track, it is a tuba, but he plays smooth and they can remove any brassy harshness from his sound in the recording process, but it's a tuba for sure... cool, huh?

  • @bubbaluke91 oh that is pretty cool lol

  • I'm currently writing the soundtrack for a movie and the first thing I wrote was a song for the closing credits.

That song is completely inspired by this fantastic track by a fantastic band!

    Love it entirely :)

  • found out about these guys from Damon Albarn on Radio 1

  • Saludos from Machu Picchu Peru!

    That song rocks!!!!

    Thanks for sharing!!!
