  • pride and pain

  • board press at 00:29?

  • dude i envy your forward approach.. and i can barley do those dives on 3 meter

  • wow how is the 107b possible?!!!

  • how many twists does he do at around 0:47

  • No fair!

  • Ok, he just dipped the board on a back press

  • 1:02 board dip!!!!!!!!

  • insane

  • last one = PWNAGE

  • The one at 0:48 had ZERO splash. Wow!!

  • @Lylia195 I second your "wow" XD

  • i met this guy..and hes insane. great work ethic

  • damn

  • what do you usually adjust the board to?

  • Dude, ive said this before, but man you can dive, wholy shit!

  • he chong , bo peng, feng wang and quin kai are some of the chinesses who do 405 b on 1 meter; i¡In south america Ive seen luis villarroel and emilio colemenares from venezuela doing that dive`too

  • Ok. but these chinese divers train 10 hours a day. (he chong said he trained 12, (google > he chong naughty child) now he "only" trains seven hours a day) But while we're at it: do you know someone other than luo yutong who mastered a 205b?

  • I know feng wang used to do 205b on 1m, and I can tell you , he mastered the dive!!!!

  • These 205b's from 1m are so hard. Before i saw it the first time (Luo yutong, Melbourne2007) I couldn't even imagine how it would look like. I'll search for the dive and if I find it i wil upload it.

  • you can look at 2003 world´s in barcelona or 2006 canada diving world cup

  • yes 405b by He Chong 1m

  • any one know if a 405b is possible on 1

  • he just did it..

  • 50 sec was hella good

  • u just slide right into the wate! (that was a compliment) haha. nice job!!!

  • i went to the iu camp last summer yeah im the kid you tried to teach how to twist, i really like this video.

  • i had no idea it was possible to pull a 107b from a 1m, thats beyond impressive

  • yeah, there is one diver at Virginia Tech that can do it, he doesn't compete it though he just does 107c on 1m, which don't get me wrong, thats still something to be extremely proud of...but yeah...its definetly not impossible

  • when i would try that i would break my neck lol

    good jumpes :p

  • do you cowboy your pikes

  • great difficulty but terrible form. knees always bent in the pike position and toes never pointed. but great difficulty.

  • and u think u could do any better?

  • yeah for real...you can do those dives like 10x's better...right?

  • how high do you catch your feet on your 205 b?

  • what do you spot on your back and reverse?

  • about 20 degrees from straight down

  • That is some crazy shit!

  • It's not just 1 person Dunno.

  • wow u are absolutely AMAZING! I have never seen anyone else in the world do a 107B on 1m! Are u the only person who has ever done it?

  • no there's at least two. :)

  • 107b wasn't as hard as 205b... that one is hard!

  • there are a lot of people doing these pike dives on one meter these days... I saw this guy at world university games from china named Fang Qi do 107b, 205b, 305b, 405b, 5152b, 5337d... and smoke them all.. he ended up going 470... nuts....

  • What the fuck does this mean? Have you memorized all of these or is there some type of system to figure out the number and letter?

  • The numbers correspond to the dive and the letter corresponds to the position. Things starting with a 1 mean it's a forward, 2 is backward, 3 is reverse, 4 is inward, and 5 is a twisting dive.

With 1-4, the next number is basically just going to be a 0... and then the next number corresponds to the amount of 1/2 flips you are going to do.

  • So..

101 would be a forward with half a flip... which means just a regular dive. So a 101 is a forward dive.

    102 is a forward flip

    103 is a forward 1 1/2.

    201.. back dive

    202.. back flip

... and so on and so forth.

  • The positions are as follows: A- straight B- pike C- tuck D- free So a 101A is a forward dive in the straight position. Now with twists... it's a little more complicated. Let's say you have a 5121. What does that mean? 5 means it's gonna be a twist 1 means it's forward 2 means it's going to be a full flip 1 means it's going to be half a twist!
  • So what's a 5337D?

    5- twist

    3- reverse

    3- 1 1/2 flips

    7- 3 1/2 twists

    D- Free position

    So it's a reverse 1 1/2 with 3 1/2 twists in the free position!

    Hope that helps!

    =)

  • 5337d on low board?

    now THAT is disgusting...

  • Where did you see that dive? Not here.

  • haha well it came up in one of the comment on the video. look back a little bit.
