Slipknot is badass, Linkin Parks earlier stuff was decent, their new stuff is sell-out garbage.

What do I like? As far as [somewhat] recent stuff, a couple examples are Lamb of God, Bloodsimple, Disarmonia Mundi, & Soilwork.

Examples of each in my favorites, I'm sure you won't disagree after having heard them.
