The fact is if you are pugging people in and then pre-claiming loot you are not being fair to the people who are doing the same amount of work as you are. Doing that to people is just wrong. If our guild pugs in just one person on a 25 man run that person still gets to roll on anything that drops that they can use, they are saving themselves, they get a share, period.

Does not matter when you need 1 person to pug its still a pug everything is FFA for everyone. it be different if your guild just wanted the gems and didn't roll for anything else. I do it alot for that, I'll make a raid with people that need gear and i just want to farm embs or enchanting but if i get a lot more than needed or some people didn't get shit i give them some or gold.
