  • Love the art of incorporating folks song into a modern melody. This is so beautiful...starting with Sanskrit > Latin (Gregorian) > Sanskrit>Mongolian wailing >English. MC is genius! Beautiful song...As you get older you lost your innocent and inner happiness, the most important thing that mother nature wants you to have. "But don't forget...Who's always our guide...It is the child in us"

  • This is one of my favorite Enigma songs!! So very beautiful!!!

  • 2:58 sounds like the voice of AR Rahman from slumdog millionaire

  • l love this song.

  • sometimes the people put the hands which could help them in hand cuffs

  • this song makes me cry

  • peaceful music

  • prasanna vadanaaM saubhaagyadaaM bhaagyadaaM

whose hands are ready to rescue anyone from fear,

who is adorned by various ornaments with precious stones )

  • It's Sweet Lord Krishna, who composed the Song of Love, the Bhagavad-Gita.

  • how hard is to listen to thing son and remember someone who wont be by my side anymore in my life

  • Does anyone know what language do they sing this on ? It is so beautiful in this song, the intonation is similar to my native language which is Hungarian.

  • The video is not related to the audio. The vidoe is 'Sadness' from MCMXC album, whereas the song is Child in Us from Le Roi Est Mort Vive Le Roi. Song is a sanskrit slokah

  • Thanks a lot !

  • Can anyone provide a translation of the Sanscrit that is used in the song?

  • Puer natus est nobis,

Naanaavidhair-BhuushhitaaM - who is of smiling face, bestower of all fortunes,

whose hands are ready to rescue anyone from fear, who is adorned by various ornaments with precious stones

  • best of the best,it is not an hindu song,(does not mention any hindu gods and goddessess),sanskrit is not for hindu religion, part of indian culture.
