Donovan! Atlantis.. :D I just found a ST70 today.. needs minor work..i Notice many people have mods that add another tube and circuit board..what is that all about? Looks very nice!
Very nice presentation! Do you mind telling where you got those stainless steel coasters you have the amps resting on? I'd sure like to find some like that. Nice Donovan record too!
you are going to think im really stupid ... but... i bought a st70 kit and i cant find the volume controls on it, i have two pots for bias adjustment but where are the volume controls? what am i not getting here?
@DRNEGOLICIS thanks. im working on upgrading a pat 4 solidstate dynaco preamp. these tube amps sound amazing. listening to classical music the instruments sound like they are live. tubes are much better than transistors. i kinda wish i had have bought a tube preamp. but i will see how this is going to sound. maybe ill get a tube preamp from dynaco and fix it up later.
@iorixs i have a pat 4a preamp that is on this computer inline with the sound card to a jerry riged power amp used to drive little harmon/kardon 2inch speakers so i run it on a 6amp car battery charger and it will drive 2 bose clones 4inch sub woofer speakers in a home made bose clone box and it sounds amazing i dont have any complaints ive been running this set up for a few years now and i noticed i replied 5 times idk why it did that lmao it wasnt done intentionally

I'm lovin' 2 pairs of Dynaco A25's right now..old NAD 3240PE Soundblaster Xfi Pentium 4 Real Rhapshody.... has most of the magic of my old seventies Linn/Grace/Dynavector/Ortofon/dyna PAS/70 system ...if memory serves...
I still have my first stereo, it is a Dyna PAS-3, the Dyna tuner, and two Dyna MK 111 amps. The one Mark 111 had the electrolytic capacitor fail, which has an unusual high voltage and I could never find a replacment for it until about a month ago. I think I may look into getting this upgraded and going again. I have no other tube component stereo equipment other than the Dyna.
nice set up ...but doesn't look too safe electrically...especially those "war of the world" valves sticking up there !...i take it you don't own a cat !
those are audio technica isolation 'feet' they came in packs of 4, and you see them for around $100 on ebay these days, I don't know if they still make them. they are nice though..VERY heavy, stainless steel :D Oh, and nice system by the way!! :D

Very nice system ... the Dynaco looks great with the raised platform .... probably helps with cooling. Hey are those Allison three's in the corner?
I have a pair of Allison One's and also the Allison Four's.

Dynaco is really a great amp. I think Manley is one of the great in these days. Take a look at "El34 Manley Snapper". It's very impressive too.

Hi, awesome dynaco. Two questions:
1. What feet are those that you're using?
2. How is that piece on top of the input tubes connected. I see the screws, but how is it attached?
Thanks
