Btw, I have read posts at other sites from many saying Geodon gave them really bad acne. So maybe since you are off the Geodon, the acne will go away quickly.

I love your vlogs, too. I just got off Geodon also (after taking it for 5 weeks.) And back to Zyprexa. I have regained the 16 lbs I lost. The first 2 weeks on Geodon I felt the best I have ever felt. Ever. Then things started going downhill and here I am.

also like a comment somone posted earlyer about caffein. there is recent studies that link caffein allergy(a symptomless alergy which toxifies the body with caffein) to mental problems such as psychosis and mania aka manic depression. i strongly urge you to stop drinking coffee

Im in School for my doctorat in Psych and In my I dont believe that you are at all schizophrenic. somtimes people with OCD combined maybe with manic depression are misdiagnosed with schizophrenia. you do not seem to fit the profile of a genuine schizod but rather that of a mild-severe case of OCD I recomend visiting a psychiatrist different than any you have seen before and be sure not to overexadurate when describing symptoms.

I appreciate your concern, but you haven't seen me when I am psychotic, so you have no basis for diagnosis, especially over the internet. I assure you I do have schizophrenia. I am doing well on medications. :)

I'm glad you're doing alright IchBinky. I heard somewhere that caffeine is bad for schizophrenic people. I think it may be true. Maybe it's a good thing to cut the coffee down.

changing meds around is so weird - i took 60mg cymbalta yesterday and i slept for 15 hours! i am so zonked now i just drank 3 cups of coffee =)

or you could try light coffee, it has 1/2 the caffeine. :)

That sucks about your sleep schedule. Cutting off coffee could help, but don't cut it out too fast or you could get bad withdrawal(depending how much you drink)
