I really like this song. It's really good. I enjoyed having the lyrics to it too, although there is a phrase or two that is actually said bacwards instead of some weird words, but they still work I guess. ^_^

lol, read the lyrics backwards when those parts come, its how you say the word... backwards - "I" >> "ay" except since its completely backwards its "ya" and so yeah...

Actually, the very first sentence of the song is the phrase, "I need more affection than you know" which you got right. But that's not the "translation." It's actually the phrase backwards LITERALLY. "wonk uoy naht niotceffa erom deen I" is the correct sentence, not some random words you made up to try and sound it out. Just thought you should know that x]
