  • Thank you for this tut, it's really helpful

  • very cute

  • Please answer :

When I put my dough to Rise...It did rise, but did not double in size.

I know its winters now a days, so whats the best way to give it the right warm temperature to rise ?

    Good recipe....thanks for sharing!

  • @timebye I put mine covered in the oven (which is turned off). The heat of the oven light seems to keep a constant "room temperature". Or maybe just let it rise for a little bit longer until it doubles.

  • @RideLXbindings

    Thank you,

    shall try it !!

  • Can I come over for dinner? Maybe some drinks afterward???

  • Thanks for a great video! I'm going to try bread making for the first time, since buying bread actually is just a added strain to the budget. Plus, it something I've always wanted to step up to in the kitchen. Please add a video on how to make cinnamon spread in addition to the French bread.

  • Made this today. It was fun and easy. I just went by your recipe. Wish i would have watched the video first. I made it a little more complicated than you do. Still, I was very happy with my results. thanks for doing all of your videos. I love them.

  • Hello, I was wondering if I wanted to prepare these in advance and freeze them, is it better to freeze them after they are cooked or before?

    Thank you!

  • I was wondering if I wanted to make these in adavance, would it be better to freeze these after they have been cooked or before?

    Thank you!

  • Agamum1 she lives in a high altitude area. So less yeast is needed. If not that rising dough will climb out of the bowl and across the counter. At least mine tried when I first moved here from Washington several years ago. I think those loaves came out looking perfect.

  • Hi! I am a brazilian mom and love cooking for my family also. I was looking for a video that taught me how to shape loafs or buns. Do you know a different way to do that? I congratulate you for the nice video. That tip on how to create a steam oven is very good. Thanks.

  • instead of having 7 cups of flour... I just used 6 and it was not so thick... and if you want more air... give more time for it rise...

  • I tried this recipe, when I made the dough, it was very hard and thickish, not as soft as appeared in the video, what do you think could have happened?

    Thanks :)

  • As I experience! I just made cakes last week, I put 1 pkg (pink pkg) of baking powder to make it soft inside the buns; also if you add honey into the bread they will make the bun soft longer. (hope you understand my grammar, sometimes I'm clumsy talks hihih) god bless you my friend.

  • What a caring mom you are :) You keep mentioning your kids.... Lucky they are!!

Great job....BTW, you can try having the buns or the loafs stretched almost into a square. Then, spread Cinnamon and sugar.... Role into loafs and bake it....... Your kids will love it ;-)

  • Thank you, you are such a nice person.

  • Thanks for the videos you are such a sweet heart.

God bless you and your family =D

  • WOW those are some artistic looking loaves.

  • I guess you must have added another 1 Tabls. into the dough since these loaves turned out beautifully ! I watched part 1 and it looked as if you only added 1 Tabls.
