  • if this is the 2012 election why was this posted in 2009?

  • What if people backed more than 1 candidate?

  • @r1fftastic Then the data wouldn't call for a pie chart, it would call for a bar graph.

  • @r1fftastic

That wouldn't be possible, not on a pie chart at least. Failed high school math?

  • @catfoodv Hey hippie, don't you have some place to be occupying?

  • @r1fftastic Sorry, when I was in 4th grade, I learned the Pie Chart. I guess you were occupying your KKK meetings with your family back then.

  • @catfoodv You're damn right I was. I'm a god-fearin', gun-totin', bible beatin', patriot, and proud of it too. If you don't like that you can take your sorry ass to Russia where your commie brethren will welcome you with open arms. I bet you support Barack Osama, don't you?

  • lolol Fox viewers are retards

  • seems like palin took some ideas from putin

  • That is one magic pie.

  • I am sure ALL of the people in the world agree with me that this is a mistake, all 193% of them.

  • PIE GRAPH FAIL!!!!!!

  • 6 percent of people dislike this video

  • I hope she runs. It would teach the right a lesson in how they are allowingt themselves to be misled, like a wolf in sheep's clothing leading the flock to a "Wolfie-Bar-B-Q"

  • 193% of people agree with this pie chart... And like pie.

  • The real question is: why did the guy say 'Are we sure thats right? Thats obviously much closer to 200 than 100'

  • If they were going to screw up, why couldn't they screw up to 200% rather than some weird number like 193%?

  • The Repugnicans who watch FOX are so stupid I bet none of them even noticed the problem with the numbers. lol.

  • Fox news know their math 193% of the time!

  • I'd really like to see the minute or so after this... does he apologize and say there must have been some error? How do you say that on air without doing a double take?

  • I love how they put 'Back' against everyone's name as well - why label the chart as what it is - just give everyone a whole subliminal 'you should back X' message. It's total chart Fail.

  • This is the last time I'll say this, statistical studies are taken differently then doing simple math, Fox News obviously doesn't know that most people don't have the appropriate high school educations in order to understand the structure of social polls.

  • @timmyi99200

You must be really good in maths, to the point they don't apply to you any more... you're beyond them... or should I say, above them? :-)

  • @ruirodtube

Oh yes I'm great in maths, almost as good at it as you are in englishs? /sarcasm

  • @timmyi99200 You'd be interested to know that referring mathematics as "maths" is perfectly acceptable. You might not hear people say it much in the US, but it's pretty normal in the UK... and if you were to pluralize 'english', it would be 'englishes', not 'englishs'.

  • @compactdisk2

You'd also be interested to know that referring sarcasm as "/sarcasm" is perfectly acceptable on the interwebs.

  • OMFG LOL.

  • I love my Fox Chicago, dumb asses thought that Gitmo and Guantanamo were 2 separate prison facilities.

  • Fox News math always sucks here is a example.

  • I mean it's fox news.... no one should be surprised...

  • Mmmm... truthy.

  • LOL

  • Wait, I thought there were 360 degrees in a circle.

This chart is clearly missing 167 percentage points.

  • FOX giving it their 193%, as always.

  • Well at least these maths geniuses didn't call the 2000 election for Bush and begin an avalanche that nobody interested in the actual results could ever stop... ...wait they did wha?

  • you people dont understand - this is about TRUTH not facts

  • WADDA YA MEAN "YOU PEOPLE"?!?!?!?

  • Clearly, you guys are forgetting about the Percentage Cool Whip on the other side of the pie.

  • Opinions Dynamics: "Because 100% is just not enough for us."

  • Surely FOX can't be THIS stupid?... What am I saying... Of course they are!

  • FOX is so smart it uses extradimensional hyper-pies.

  • derp derp derp

  • lol source opinions

  • Morons

  • thanks FOX.

Fox the joke that keeps on giving.

  • intelligent newsreader right there...

  • This is a whole lot of fail.

  • Every week it seems like someone points out yet another stupid Fox news error or lie, and Fox just keeps coming out with more. Apparently they have no incentive to change, which must mean they're not losing viewership. What does this say about their viewers? What does this say about America?

  • Actually, this was NOT Fox News. It was the local Fox affiliate out of Chicago. This is noted in the title of this video as well as on the screen shot/video itself. I suggest you place blame where blame is due!

  • come on admit it...as a loyal fox viewer you didn't notice that til some dirty hippy librul pointed it out to you.

now go suck on a teabag.

  • FOX is FOX.

  • LOL,

  • This is why everybody hates America.

  • it's not true, as you can see from my pie chart most ppl like cherry pie with ice cream (67.4%) with an equal amt enjoying pumpkin on a regular basis (74.9%) with an insignificant number of ppl we don't bother to count (rubarb-yuk).

facts man. you need facts to support your assertion.

  • "SOURCE: OPINIONS"

  • Read it again. Look under the work opinions.

  • LMAO, too funny . Well, there is something ironic about this . A stupid "news" station talking about a stupid Republican .

  • So 70% + 63% + 60% = WHA?

  • Lol i wouldn't be suprised if this failed pie was actually drawn by Palin herself.

  • oh you betcha!

  • DAMN Them, Portal was suppose to make the Pie was the Truth, now this kills that Notion and makes Pie like Cake... Cake is a Lie.. So is the Pie now =/

  • Wow Florida's election judges are now working for FOX in Chicago!

  • LMAO !

  • These must also be 2012 opinions, not even formed yet, and by then the new math will be in place.

(I can't find the font for sarcasm, help!)

  • Coal buckets have more brains than a conservaturd.

  • lol!

  • Its a pie chart showing 193% data. Pie charts hold 100% data. Its not so much the math I think (assuming what they are actually showing is the percentage of people that approve of the candidates as opposed to who they would vote for) so much as the fact that u dont use a pie chart for this kind of math.

Dont blame everything on liberals it just makes you look like a redneck idiot.

  • lol I hope this is a fakepost

  • you are stupid, and that is why "libs" make fun of people like you. Pie charts add up to 100 % not 193!

  • "based on opinions" . And maths

  • The Stepford news network strikes again. No questions asked. Just read the news and hope that the douche nozzles watching you out in red state land are just as stupid.

  • that looks like local news...

they are actors...they are just paid to talk...not to think while they talk...

  • 193% cna,t be wrong folks go back to chopping wood and picking worms life is just wonderful , Fox news franchise has it all divided up fine lmao , its a sick world we live in

  • What kind of person (with ANY understanding of the basic concept of a FUCKING 3rd grade Pie Chart) can see this thing and not think, "Hey, I think something might be a little off here..."

I think someone in their graphics dept. might be 'punking' them. Just to see what idiocy they can get away with...

  • this pie... will save world hunger!!!!!

  • Obviously done by the same "math wizards" who count the crowds at the TeaBaggers' Hate-Mongering Rallies.

  • right wing pie chart. Funny stuff.

  • The local Fox outlet is the same where I live. It's like they just hired a few kids and called it a news operation.

  • THAT'S embarrassing!

  • FOX has been going rouge with the facts for well over a decade.

No wonder republicans are so f-ing stupid!

  • What a surprise... just typical FOX "journalism."

  • lol

  • That's in base 1.93. New Math is a bummer... never COULD get the hang of it.

Gotta be related (somehow) to the price of, "Going Rogue." Now $15.65 on amazon(dot)com, as vs. $28.00 list price.

  • that's one huge pie, lol

  • If Palin is going to get the campaign funding necessary to make a presidential run, she's going to have carry at least 138% of the vote.

  • Holy Shit! That company should change its name to Brain-Damaged Opinion Dynamics

  • I hope Palin runs for president because when she loses maybe it will finally sink in that we don't want her and she will go away. She is so annoying.

  • 193% Republican! Fuck yeah! Even if 100% of the country votes Democrat, Republicans will still have 93% more!

  • Oh please Republicans make Sarah Palin your Presidential nominee for 2012! It will be good for President Obama for the win!

  • @sevadaj hard for obama to win with a 35% approval rate...

  • @nickp8618 Hard but not impossible. Remember that Obama's approval rating (about 45% not 35%) is about where Bush's was in 2004. If Obama can go against an empty-headed opponent in the same way Bush went against an empty-suited one, re-election is not beyond the realm of possibility.
