@gabrielacasan Alesis DM5 drum module, pintech drum trigger, 1/4 guitar cable to connect them. You can get them used for cheaper on ebay.

Can you also connect the drum trigger directly to the synthesizer?

No you can't. Synthesizers generally don't have 1/4 drum trigger inputs. Instead they have MIDI inputs. So you need the DM5 (or an arduino board as I mentioned below) to translate the trigger signals to midi which can then be sent to the synth. This is why it gets so expensive.

Yeah it's not cheap. There may be a cheaper way with fsr's and an arduino box, but it takes more technical know-how. Do a search for beat sneaks and you'll see what I mean.
