If you listen really closely to the ending song it kinda explains it- the rain is the tears of memories that keep them set on searching for paradise.

that place where Darcia step at 3.35, isnt that the Real Paradise that Kiba and others was trying to find out?

I mean even Darcia said "There's the entrance to Paradise!"

then he enterd but died because he wasnt pure wolf i guess..

if thats the entrance why Kiba didnt entered there?

Part of the great thing about this series is we never really find out what happens :). Everyone has different ideas, so there's no definite answer, but I personally think that since he tried to force Paradise to open he ended up opening the gate to Hell (or a similar place- who knows?).
