Unrealistic system modelling, IRS usually takes 10 minutes to align and APU takes about a minute to start, plus there's no fuel jettison on the overhead panel to dump fuel.........
@metalskateboarder965 Sorry for replying late, you should check the percentage in the pitch, for example in the joystick of the 767 , were you put your left hand, there are some levrages and to the left and right of the throttle, try adjusting that to 0.0(try on both sides) and try to takeoff....Message me if you did not understand, I'll then reply a FULL review of the problem.
i need some help please...!! the heading and altitude selector doesn't work...so the aircraft doesn't turn around by itself..!! if you've got any idea about that would be wonderful.. thank you
Well, there could be any number of things wrong, but the obvious would be 1) You do have a flight plan in the CDU, right? 2) After TO, raise the gear and flaps, then make sure to engage the autopilot, then press LNAV (lateral navigation... that should make it turn toward the first leg, and 3) VNAV (vertical navigation), controls the climb. msfsx at bluewavedataviz to discuss further.
@playasonline If you are using just your heading part of the autopilot, enter a heading that you want to fly, and RIGHT click on the heading sel knob. If your autopilot is engaged, your plane will fly that heading, as long as you have your IRS aligned properly. If you click the HOLD button beneath the hdg sel, your plane will fly the heading it is currently on, regardless of what show's in the HDG SEL window.
Cost Index mostly has to do with fuel consumption and each airline has their own formula to get the most efficient use for each flight. Since we are not that concerned in simulation, you can just use 80 for most flights. I had one very long flight and the FMC told me I didn't have enough fuel, and by decreasing the CI to 70, I had enough. A lower number will cause a longer climb, slower cruise, etc to save fuel.
TO thrust, just push it all the way forward, the computer handles the rest.
I'm so going to get ths! I have FSpassengers, and I want to build up my Qantas fleet.

how come you hit control e to start the engine, that's not the way they do it in real life, are you kidding me?

Thank you pal. I tried flying it today but for some reason the aircraft won't head to the selected heading. It just kept flying straight forward. Lol

Hey man nice video! I have a question for you.. How do you figure out what is your cost index is? And you takeoff trust?
