Many mainstream comedians use racial jokes but are not considered racist, they just feed steriotypical beliefs. It is a valid observation of mine that in the entire USA (east to west and north to south (and I have been and lived in every region)), that black people are usually louder in voice volume than white people and that this annoys every other race of people whenever it is brought up in any conversation. Is my observation racist? No. Is stating this observation on TV racist? It very much could be, and the only way to know if it is is reading my thoughts, which is impossible. Can you read minds?
