Hard to say one way or another, but at the time Quinn was just starting out playing small ethnic parts. The dancer certainly has a face like Quinn's, but other than that- who knows?

the old-school French Apache dancers were the gangstas of their day. this dancer is basically the Snoop Dogg of his time and era.
