that last one was a travel though...two steps and then u land on both feet
one question though: can you land first right then left or vice versa? and do you have to immediately go up for a shot or pass, or can you wait for a bit and then do whatever?
The move at :45 is traveling....why? The dribble was ended with your right foot on the floor (making that your pivot foot) Then you jump off of your left foot and land on both feet....since your right foot was already established as your pivot, you must shoot, pass or call time-out before the right foot comes back to the floor. In order to NOT travel here, you would have to jump from your right and land (jump stop) on both feet simultaneously OR stop your dribble with BOTH feet off the floor.
The second one is a travel in slow mo because he has his hand under the ball with his left foot down, then takes a step onto his right foot and jumps, but how he describes it the first time with the still photos is legal all the way, you just have to be careful to not take 2 first.
The second move is illegal. Not because of the extension, but because you underpalmed the ball before you lifted into the air, which means you had control of it. So that's an up and down or a travel. The first one was a legit hop-step, you can do whatever the hell you want with your hands while you're in the air.

.....then jump from your left and land on both feet. It is all predicated on when you "Stop" a legal dribble. Thanks.
