So when you spend $1,000 in the first 3 months, you get the bonus of 25,000 miles: which is $250 toward airfare. 2 miles per dollar, where a plane ticket averages about $500 per flight. You need to spend $25,000 to earn that flight at that cost. This card is for wealthy people. I'd go with the cash card, more straight forward and no annual fee.
