i have an XBR 4, pretty old but looks better than all the new tvs. Its glass frame design is just wow... it looks good even when its off. Piece of ART
You women pierce your nipples, ears, lips, eyebrows, tattoo yourselves, remove hair with tweezers, hot wax your lady parts. You get plastic surgery and inject silicone into your tits. But when it comes to taking a dick in the ass it suddenly hurts to much!
Sony is way overpriced, the reason is that their trying to make up what their loosing on their movie part of their industry. Full led back panel was first introduced by LG. With that being said, I wouldn't buy anything but a Panasonic. The new Panasonic Neo Plasmas will be coming out sometime this year hopefully. Their supposed to be 50% brighter ^ totally THX certified in both 2D & 3D.
@chee6060 I agree Sony is expencive. But their topp models are the only panels in 2011 that dont have problems in the scale Samsung and Panasonic has. Samsung with lightbleed and banding issues. And Panasonic that has problems with a green "film" over the entire panel. So I rather buy a Sony for a higher price with a better panel.
@9978sol Well, I'm afraid I can't agree about Panasonic. I have 2 Panasonic's & have never had any trouble with either of them. They are rated the best Plasma TV in the business by just about everyone out there. I have done many months of research before I bought & it came down to LG or Panasonic, & for the best black levels & watching sports, Panasonic was hands down the best around.
Cant wait to see the new Crystal LED when they one time come in retail, its the first true LED tv! OLED wil probably be better but probably way more expencive...so Crystal LED could be a realy nice start for many....tho most Sony tv's are realy expencive also.
@9978sol Crystal LED may just be ANOTHER gimmick name made by Sony. It looks great, indeed, but if you look to what Sony puts it against may speak for itself. Why didn't Sony used their flagship LED? Exactly!
@SWOgottaGO Because there is no such thing as an 'LED' TV (excpet for maybe this one)? He talked more about it on Tekzilla but sounds like this one might not have an LCD or a combination of LCD with individual pixel lighting with RBG LED's.
I remember when large panel LCD's fist came out, why didn't they cal CFL TV's...
@SWOgottaGO Wel I know about the technology behind this tv and this is not just a gimmick name, there are thousands of LED's in this tv and each LED can show diffrent colors. There is no back light and no LCD at all in it...so its a true LED tv...and the first one.
Stupid HDTV's companies with their stupid gimmick names stating horseshit.
480hz, 960hz??? Seriously Sony? Looks like you want to add resolutions numbers to your hz numbers.... I miss the old Sony man, because everyone does it don't mean you have to too Sony.
Also check the black levels at 0:36. They look wash-out.
@TheSuicidalTwinky A better argument would have been that the blacks were wash-out because of the reflection the crystal Peter Parker was looking may have made it look like that.
