Not only is Marc Bonilla's vocal inspiring...Keith seems to have an easier time with this ( fewer bum notes! ), playing KE9 in the original key ( Ab ). He's had to transpose it down a half step since ELP first reunited in the early nineties, apparently to accommodate Greg Lake's deteriorating vocal range. After these tours with the KE band, he had to transpose it AGAIN in the lower key of G, for ELP's one-off reunion at the High Voltage Festival!

Wonderful to see this. I've been energized by KE9 since it was first released when I was a teenager--when I need to really get fired up and go for something, this theme gives me what I need to give it my best shot, and it's playing in my mind.
