how do you get the internet access

For internet Acess (Note you will need service, but the web will cost you nothing)

Service Menu> WAP Setting (8)> Proxy Address Setting>

Find a free proxy server with the port of 8080

Set it as primary and secondary.

Free internet

246t it's not really a minutes phone, but it is pretty cheap and cheesy, I got mine last summer 2007 as my first phone, and of course I thought it was pretty cool, heck it was a phone! But after two months it was pretty stupid, I mean it's fat, and the ring tone selection sucks, and it sucks for texting, the keypad is too small for my fingers, and it makes too much noise when it vibrates,I'm switching to a Motorola Razr this summer, can't wait!

In the service menu:

1. Change your connections. Instead of using the EV, which helps drain your battery. You can turn it off and use 1X only. Like the "standalone" mode, but being able to and take calls.

2. Ready to put your own ring tones. Need it to put in the firmware.

3. MP3 enable. Verizon shut it off, so owners would have to buy their stuff.

4. Internet access by phone.

You can turn off access to a friends mp3 list, make the phone never stop vibrating (which will eventualy break it), explore at your own risk!

It is not my responsibility if you brake your phone. Try at your own risk. While in the secret menu press # then 2. The phone won;t stop vibrating until you repeat the step
