  • @CuateGolden me ether lol

  • the one who comment that he's italian ... who the hell who cares if your italian! are we asking your opinion and suggestion? are you tried to watch many videos like this? inspite of your comments you still watched the video added to a numbers of viewers! bastard hahaha

  • after you watched this channel you threw a lot of bad comments are you really want to learn cook you just bragging your own style?!. if you dont like the way he cooked this then dont watch this ! we have a different styles in cooking follow yours and we will follow whats the easiest way like this! bastard!

  • quit confusing u speak english then another lanuage funny meals look yummy tho! :)

  • you dont have to fake your accent ....

  • @freemanx2x what do talking , i cant uderstang a word....

  • I suggest that you should add subs or annotations for the foreign viewers to understand what you're saying in tagalog or taglish. nice recipe though. :)

  • He is speaking Tagalog (Becuz he is filipino) and mixing it with english -.- it's typical with Filipino/American people... he also has an accent to it when he speaks english -.- but then again i agree with the making of this Carbonara Spaghetti... the pasta was too dry if you look at it and @gigigno its true! Fettuccine has to be cooked in hot water >.<

  • Why do you fake your accent ?

  • Serious

  • I'm italian from rome and We Made This ! Real recipe of fettuccine Alfredo is without bacon and egg's , just butter pepper and panna cream. This man make a fake CARBONARA SPAGHETTI ..... This recipe Suck...

Remember ....you must cook fettuccine in hot water

  • @gigigno but you still watched the video ryt? haha you still added to a numbers of viewers! haha.

  • this sucks

  • Dude you speaking like 2 languages?

  • You know what's a good side dish with Fettuccine Alfredo

    Anal

  • try to speak 1 language

  • Seriously, is it just me because I can't understand him half the time. Is he mixing two languages?

  • @Xiasyios Yeah I think he's mixing languages. It's kinda difficult to follow along at times :/

  • @Xiasyios

    he is.

  • Dis its to favorite food may san

  • brad galing mo magluto, tang ina, akala ko mahirap ang ganyan, pero mukang sisiw lang sau, hahahahaha :) salamat sa ipinasa mo na talino brad, God bless

  • This isn't an italian food i'm italian and this food is invented in usa

  • @panlasangpinoy whats the best subtitute for the romano cheese ?? cause we dont have it here..

  • english please!!!

  • @ceeskoldijk there is other languages in the world than english. Please refer to another video if you need an english one. Thanks!

  • @ceeskoldijk Dont't say that. He is speaking english, but with accent. Try hard and you will understand. Cooking is a international language. But if you prefer, maybe he can speak his own language...

  • @elciosjc He's using a lot of English words but he's speaking Tagalog. That's just how Filipino languages are.

  • @Calibr318 Ok. There are two languages...lol. Anyway, great dish.

  • God. The comments are so annoying.

The video is in Tagalog (Filipino language) and English. Most Filipinos talk with a combination of those 2 languages so some of you understand only half of the words he's saying.

You may want to look for another cooking tutorial because this one is intended for Filipinos.

This is our food. You don't see us criticizing your bacon-and-fat-filled burgers and raw fish snacks. Not every Filipino eats dog meat, those who can't afford beef/pork do imo

    Stop racism.

  • @panlasangpinoy anu po bang subtitute sa romano cheese kung wala nito??

  • A ME PIACE MI PARE CHE MANCA UN PO DI BURRO E PEPE MA COMUNQUE BUONO BUONO!!

  • from MARTE

  • aisebe tanrico

  • That looks like dogshit.

That's NOT how you make Fettuccine Alfredo. WAY too dry.

  • @faahcue┌∩┐(-_-)┌∩┐go make your own fettuccine then fuck off in this channel.gago.

  • i made this , this is the real way to make the sauce , reminded me like my cousins recipe from rome..

  • this is not a meal is an hammer.... firstly alfredo's style is only butter and parmesan, secondly your horrible heavy dog meat (poor dog) is too dry and will be impossible to fork when ready to eat, thirdly alfredo's style is a fake of italian cousine, it was born for americans, finally you won't find any alfredo's style in Italy.

  • @leicestertube u mad bro

  • @randywinery YEEEEEA

  • @leicestertube Seeing as alfredo sauce was created in Italy how is it a fake? And yes actually, you will find it in Italy. Also there is no one way to make any dish. Just because you don't like the way he cooked it doesn't mean it isn't right.

  • @theNICI0826 it has been created hundred years ago by an Italian restaurant in Rome modifying pasta cacio e pepe into pasta triple butter and triple parmesan using a bit of cooking water (rich of gluten) as trick for a nice cream. The success has grown later in US, although modified with heavy cream and more ingredients. On the other hand, in Italy the success of this receipe is linked only to the ugliest tourist trap restaurants. Panlasangpinoy receipe is too heavy (cream, eggs) and too dry!!!

  • @leicestertube go whine in your mothers dress you fucking dumbass idiot.TANGA.

  • @chowder2427 it is very impressive your comment for how you argue your opinion about the success of a dish. I am sure you can do more, especially when not tired from youporn.

  • @leicestertube hahaha hell yea tell em dude!

  • Comment removed

  • Nutmeg

  • Very Good, the correct way to make Alfredo all the way....and I'm a tough grader.

  • @PrincessDebiLA21 he speaks Tagalog (Filipino language) and English.

  • @xKrissyfulBby ...sounds pretty neat. ^_^

  • yummmmmy!!!

  • And where do you expect us to buy some of those ingredients???

  • @CharlesTristesse You don't have to get the same exact brands, you know.

  • im still like 50% with not brakin yolks only using the shells :(

  • English PLz.

  • that is Carbonara and not Fettucini Alfredo , lol

  • @MsShakeri haha realy its neither! like a half breed of both!

  • @MsShakeri This is one way to make Fettucini Alfredo using egg yolks to thicken the sauce. Carbonara is a completely different entity.

  • @MsShakeri I will say, however, that the bacon is questionable, lol.

  • hmmm.i'm not sure w/ the recipe.

  • ...We'll just wait for the milk to boil, then we move on to the next step. After the milk boils, we place the heavy whipped cream.

1:25 = We mix it up then bring this to a boil again.

1:35 = Once it boils, we can put the parmesan cheese, and romano cheese.

2:00 = Then stir it up. Next, we get the eggs and whisk them, after this, we get a bit of the mixture we made and place some on the eggs, then we continue to whisk. 2:31 = After this, we mix the eggs back into the pot.

  • 3:35 = After mixing everything together, you just transfer this to a serving plate, then serve.

For the exact measurements of ingredients, just visit (see the website link)

  • hen, keep stirring until it thickens. Once it's thick, you can put the cooked fettuccine back into the pot.

3:00 = Okay, let's just put it slowly..then wwe just have to toss it, or let the sauce coat the fettuccine, turn off the heat, then when you're sure you mixed it well, an optional ingredient would be bacon (it's already crumbled and i'm just adding it), but of course you can also do this w/o bacon.

-and so on, he's saying the next ingredients in english, so~~

    -and, egg yolks

  • @sandrodream1 Alfredo was in Rome, Sandro - in via Della Scrofa to be precise. This dish is a variation on fettuccine al burro: the original recipe called for (lots of) butter being added before and after pouring pasta in the serving bowl. Fettuccine Alfredo has been big in USA since american tourists discovered this dish (Americans love cream and butter!) but you can still eat a gorgeous fettuccine Alfredo (fettuccine al burro served with gold cutlery) in via della Scrofa today.
