Ya its just the dodge is my daily driver. The Chevy is my dad's old truck that I'd like to make a daily driver. But since its been sitting in the backyard for 13 years, its got some work to be done. Ironically we put a battery in her and some gas and she fired right up! But its not getting any HP. Its not very responsive so we're trying to figure out the problem. Possibly the carb as we've already dropped both fuel tanks and cleaned them out and replaced the initial lines. How's the leveling?
@wadeomri that's cool I hope u guy's get her back on the road.. The leveling i could not do. I tore it down last friday and found out that when i let the axle drop all the way the spring will not strech far enough to allow me to get a socket in there to get the bolt out so im going to have to take it some where and have it done.. :( all well im kinda focused on another truck that im buying this friday. I will do a video of it.. it's actully newer then anything i have ever owned lol.
The Dodge sounds great! I have a 98 and am interested in doing the exhaust. I'm assuming yours is a 5.9L V8 also? If you don't mind my asking, how much did you spend on the exhaust?
@wadeomri Thanks.. yeah it's the 5.9.. every place is diffrent but around here i paid about a totol of 250. I had cat back done first and I did not like how it sounded. It was to quit so i went to another place and paid under the table so do speak and they took out my cat completely witch come to find out was completly pluged and they ran all new from the manifolds to where the cat was went a little smaller for back pressure then jus put it in where it was already done..
@MrRanger89 I need to get another video done of my f150 that i have not done. I had it in another shop working on it when i did the video of the other to trucks. Plus i have some up dated stuff that i have put on the dodge sence the video and need to get it on here. But i wanna wait until I get my exhaust redone. i wanna take the ends off and just go right out the back with like 4 1/2 around and 18 inche long stainless steel tips I think it would look better and sound better too...

And I found some headers for a couple hundred dollars that I might go ahead and do as soon as I have a couple extra bucks to play with. Im not a big chevy fan but the early 70's to mid 80's scottsdale's where fucking bad ass. that sounds like a better truck to be working on right now then the dodge lol. nothing against dodges but that one should be your first project.. I will need the luck on the leveling i will do some videos of it in between like when i get the old spring out and i will compare them then another 1 after install then i will also let it run longer.

No i did not put the programmer on. However I did put the spectra cold air intake system on it and i also put the trans dapt throttle body spacer on it and i made a big ass diffrents I got posi in the rearend of my truck and it smokes them tires off now like it's nothing I have to watch it when i go around a corner cuz it will go sidewase on me.. I think it was well worth the money....
Did you ever put on the CAI or the programmer on the Ram? I have a 99 1500 also, and im lookin at gettin them too for it. Just wonderin what kind of results you got...

@metallicacmbck2WI well the wheels where already on it when i got the truck... and i messed up on the tires size when the last guy ask. the tires r 305/75/R16.. im sure i know what the back spaceing is cuz i did the samething with my f 150 and my ranger. the width u wanna go if your going 12.50 is at least 10 inches wide on the wheel's and a tire shop will tell u that cuz if it's any less then u will have to much pressure on your side wall's.. Now on the back space i like to go with a 4 inch
@MrRanger89 back space just because 1 it get's your tires away from the frame when u turn or when your crawling or anything like that and number 2 is just cuz i like how they stick out from the fenders a little plus they throw alot more mudd when u r playing around...
@Danil1911 the wheels where already on it when i bought the truck. I think there just a mag wheel... The tire size is 375/70/R16.... There not really a aggresive tire but i don't plan on offroading it any time soon... Thanks for your comments. next spring i will have a up dated video of the truck. I plan on haveing chrome door handles and tailgate handles for it and also the chrome bars that go across the bedrail and im going to redo the tips and run them out the back with stainless steel..

Right now im in the process of rebuliding the motor in the ranger that was in the video. Then after i get that done im ordering the 6 inch BDS lift kit for it and my 4:10 gears and i will do a video on that as well. The video will be like in sections kinda like the being the way it looks now then do another one about midway then another one when it's finished then of course the test run got to have the test run LOL....

The Ram is looking good. Sounds great! What size tires are those? I think the chrome rocker panels looks sharp, but i agree with you by not putting too much chrome in other places. I think too much chrome takes away from the rugged looks, but that's just me.

Im not a big fan of the crackling and popping, so thats why i went with flowmaster and moderate size tips. oh and my dodge had stainless shiny bedrails when i got it haha, now there just sitting in the garage. oh and for the record my dodge only has 59 thousand miles on it

Mine would of had lower miles but my ranger has a main bearing getting bad but i plan on doing another video on it when i get it done. I plan rebuilding the motor then putting on a 6inch BDS life with 4:56 gears front and rear and a locker in the front i think it will look awsome......
