@thedrumify you shouldn't be feeling your back hurt, it means you're not playing right. Don't damage your back! Instead of bending over using your back, bend your knees and keeping your back straight (like squatting)...your back should not hurt the next day!

What the hell, look at the back, the lower part of it is used while playing field hockey a lot!
