One of my friends went to USA to study abroad at her second year at college. She's from Norway, and got an A pretty easily in English class. Here in Norway she had the grade 5, and the scale goes from 1 to 6 (where 1 equals fail and 6 equals a top score).
That says a lot about a country, when other people are better in their second language than you are in mothers tongue!
