I used the bolt-action rifle to shoot him in the face, then toss a grenade at his feet while he's staggering around and then punch him while he's on his knees. Repeating this a few times made short work of him

Tip, give sheva sniper,shotgun,and machine gun, give yourself a pistol with ammo and grenades, make sure all those grenades hit it, then just through that, run behind it when it goes to swing, shoot in head 3 times, hook it, then redo it again, their is 2 of those bosses.

To beat the Chainsaw guys, i placed mines in the stairs, and i runned like hell.

Every time a mine eksplodes, i go to punch him in the face :D

Then i try to shot him in the head whit a shotgun, and when i used of all the bullet's. i use the machinegun and handgun.

If you have used all the ammo. Try to use the stun rod or the knife.

Sheva always get's hit by the Mr. Chainsaw:(

@coolzuko16 Actually, there's 3 of them in this level. The last one appears when you're protecting Josh. I think this one is a little difficult due to the lack of space needed to run around him (and the fact that you NEED to protect Josh too.) So it's best to take him out as soon as he shows up.

@MrSpitzname I freaked out the first time I played this level too, it's harder because Chainsaw no longer shows up on your map. But just follow this video (& other similar ones) to get an idea on how to fight him. Stay far back on the platform and shoot his head with the sniper or pistol until he falls back, then melee. Repeat.

If you're afraid, jump off the platform & run to a safer place. Then shoot him from there. Repeat this with the other Chainsaw that shows up later. Be Brave!!

This maniac with the chainsaw is much slower than the one in RE4. Pretty much one can get close to him and it's not a big deal. Don't try that in RE4 though.

the chainsaw guys are SO easy. They are really stupid and so easy to just walk around. I use proximity mines on the chainsaw dude then use specials. Not one bullet wasted.

My friend and I got to this part on Live. He didn't like the game so we haven't played since. So, I started playing alone and Sheiva started with no fucking weapons. My friend had all the tight shit 'cause he sucks and I just had a handgun with 20 bullets. It sucks.

yeah thats exactly what happened to me. i found its MUCH easier if you have a co op partner or something. when i did it, i had my partner stay up at the top of the zipline and snipe, while i'm down there alone (so there's more room to evade) with the magnum/shotgun

What I do to kill the chainsaw guy is throw a grenade when hes down shoot him with your most powerfull weapon and keep doing that. it also works with flash grenades. another way to kill him is shoot him in the face then shoot him a powerfull weapon then punch and keep doing that or combine the two tactics I said and that works. message me if it works for you because it does for me

lol a circumstance would be your aiming sucks or youll have to deal with many enemies that can take a lot ammo or you dont use the enviroment to your advantage(red barrels). and you should be always on the look out for more ammo
