Adam is so amazing, with his explosive character who unpretenciously knows EVERYTHING...especially when it comes to food. The guy looks like a homeless and yet has the ability to cook like a five star chef in some hotel.

He hates everything done superficially and with desregard to nature. Love his sarcasm when he dwells about human flaws..

NE wouldn't be the same without this awesome character. Also his wife Eve is special, with her crazy hypochondria,knowing all the symptoms better than Joel

Originally, the obnoxious jew characters were written in so people could learn about why that way is pointless and wasteful, then Hollywood took control over the series and we got more of the usual social engineering- which destroyed any of the previously well done bits- those spiritually enlightening lessons which the show had offered..
