West Coast Swing (Ben H & Brittney V)

Her boots could be causing her strange movement. she should be on the balls of her feet just like in lindy hop or east coast swing. she is also rather stiff looking like she is not quite comfortable.

I have danced for many years and never done West Coast Swing but her dancing looks a bit odd , is she flat footed or dancing on her heels . Somebody tell me ?
