  • @stevo4722 depending on what generation u get if u get an F3 ≈1,000 something lol but if their for breading they can cost more.. n if u want F1 their around ≈3,000 but again if u wanna bread them the price goes up n depending from who u buy them too.. hope this help :)

  • Looks more like an F3 or F2 not F1 tho.... not trying to hate or anything its a beautiful cat either way. :) I'm getting one myself "F1" as soon I get a bigger place lol their beautiful animals :)

  • hes saying MEOW you fucking moron

  • @nerdflanders8710

So your opinion means what to me???

  • que beautyyyy

  • i'm glad to know that i'm not the only one that talks with my cats

  • He's beautiful...I didnt recognize him as an F1 Savannah at first but then I saw how big he was...He's one of the unique ones.

  • I love him! i hope you have a happy live with your little joy.

  • how much does a sevana cost???????????

  • Aww! Elroy is so cute! To be truthful, I like the orange savannah you have over the other ones, makes him look so unique.

  • Noting like a savannah....hope my serval dosent throw litters like that!

  • I dont get it.........all my savannahs look like what they are f3 to f5......how do you get them to look not

  • why do you sound like howard stern?

  • 0:07 The words cats will always use, "Leave me alone."

  • I have an orange and white "talker" who looks quite a bit like Elroy in markings but is built more solid and is unfortunately a non-pedigreed cat....(and no lighter color on the backs of his ears)...but I love him so! looking thru videos of Elroy I am struck by the similarity, however and can't believe how charming your kitty is. Your videos of Elroy are some of my favorites on youtube.

  • Sounds like he said " I don't know" at 0:07

  • blessed you for getting a smile on your face so easily...

  • @idabrunski

thank you for blessing me.. i need it at times. i don't always play nice.. it depends on my mood.

however, it still does not change the fact that you are wrong about elroy not being a f1..

  • Actually, Imafool1688 seems like a more appropriate name. While it wasn't Elroy, Elroy's half-brother, Simon, another NONstandard F1 Savannah male, was at the TICA Annual and won two awards in the Fun Ring. Why? Because he's a *GASP* Savannah! Eeks! How could that be?

If Elroy was bread- he'd be WonderBread, by the way. He's not though- he's a breed of cat called a Savannah. Female servals typically are not used. Male servals are used for F1 breeding programs.

    Sigh. Ignorance.

  • LMAO! You obliviously haven't done your homework, imaRobot1688!!!

  • if he was bread with a calico he;s not a real savannah cat. TICA wouldn't even register it...the mother of the animal must be a serval (or an F1 savannah) and the father must be a bengal domestic cat (or an F4 savannah) to be considered an actual savannah cat.

if you paid more than a few hundred dollars for this cat you were ripped off...

  • @imaRobot1688

Thank you for a laugh, I needed it tonight. You truly have no idea what you are talking about at all.

  • And thank you for the laugh, as you evidently don't know what you are talking about imaRobot. It is very hard to get a female Serval bred by a domestic, that's how much you know. There are only two F1's ever created by using a female Serval. 99.9% of all F1's are created by using a male Serval with a domestic or other breed of cat.

  • to iamRobot ROFLOL Oh yeah it's bred, not bread. We're not making these cats with dough like you do bread.

TICA will register any cat that is breed to a Serval as a F1 Savannah. So I guess you better do you homework before making a statement that makes you look like a fool. I've been breeding these cats for over 12 years now, though this cat was not one of mine I happen to know the breeder that bred him.

  • @idabrunski

LOL......No you need to do your research.. I is most deffinitely a F1.. But thank you for the laugh, you put a smile on my face. So Thank You for that!!

  • @imaRobot1688 I think you have a couple of wires crossed. Most Savannahs are bred with a domestic mother and a Serval father. The father is normally raised in a domestic environment with the females that are planned on being used with him.

  • hey where are you from it might just be me but it sounds like you have a eastern accent

  • You were helping Elroy play his favorite game: "Let's see how far I can go without touching the floor!"

You are an enabler. I think Elroy has trained you! He's a beautiful cat, regardless of his pedigree.

  • beautiful kitty!

  • where did you get him? I like him alot.

  • @adamsbabyy08

Thank You so much!! He was a gift from a breeder friend of mine..She no longer breeds for the orange savannahs.. sorry..

  • OH!! lolz nevermind haha

  • that's not an F1. F1s look more like a Savannah not domesticated and sound more fierce than a house cat meow

  • it looks like an F2 or 3 considering its colours. Also the shape of its ears and head lol

  • @CrazyEurazion

    No it's a F1... He wasn't even a year old here yet..

  • EVERYBODY LOVES RAYMOND LOL..

  • @Tenchijk

    LOL

  • That is one gorgeous cat!! I would love to see more videos of him..hhehehe

  • Soooooooooooooooooooooooo Cute and adorable cat

  • that is an amazing cat, even the way it jumped down on to the counter looked so good

  • What a nice looking cat!

The only F1 I knew of was a plane and never heard of Servals til now. Wow such cool cats!

  • @cartoongameshowfan76

    LOL.. Thank you so much!!!

  • beautiful mix!

  • That's odd. Usually the native colors of the wild Serval is the primary dominant color pattern of F1 generation kittens regardless of the color of the domestic cat.

  • Wow he's a beautiful boy, such lovely colours. I agree with maybe1princess below, awesome!

  • I love his copper colored coat !

  • whoa could your cat be any more awesome?

  • A mixed savannah and a domestic isn't the same as a mixed asian leopard and a domestic right?

  • Yes a Serval and a Domestic you get a Savannah. A Asian Leopard and a Domestic you get a Bengal.

  • @ricsydiva i thought u get a ashira cat from a asian lepord and domestic?

  • You can tell it's an F1 at 0:22 you see it's Muscular build

  • Great cat! Meows like a regular cat. I never heard a Savannah talk before. I thought they would roar like a lion!

  • @dellsdeli A serval is not capable of roaring. There are a few wildcats that cant.

  • so cute. i wish i had one too.

  • I can see the ears are definately Serval

  • He'S SAYING GET ME A BEER U FUCKIN HOMO.

  • woo, how did you know??? you are good, I am impressed with your talent!!

  • lol, nice cat man!

  • @ricsydiva LOL...I like how you talk with such enthusiasm even with azzholes :)

  • its defintely not a pure

  • Beautifull Savannah!

I'm just a student in high school but...I can dream, right?

Very cute and very distinct in his own way.

  • sooooow woooow

  • looks for domestic than exotic, but yeah, its a F1

  • Oh he is BEAUTIFUL! A perfect mix of domestic colors (the white and the muting of the other colors) with the wild (those distinct ruddy spots and stripes)! He's cuter than a regular savannah. The shape of his face and body-- so cuddly!

  • Thank you so much!!!

  • So cute!!

  • thank you

  • Cute cat, you should have named him Howard.

  • Its probably an F1 just bread with a domestic cat not meant to look like a serval. How wild they look depends on the domestic parent's look if you bread a serval with a longhair siamese its not going to look that F1ish. Doesn't make it not so though.

  • cuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuteeeeeee

how expensive that cat is? aaand is this cat related to the bengala cat (or something like that)?

  • Thank you.. He was a gift from a good friend of mine. His price would have been around $4000 only. That's because

  • Thank you. He was a gift from a good friend of mine. His price would have been only $4000 for him. That is because he is not the standard coloring. If was more of the Serval coloring he would cost $8000 for him.

  • not an f1 at all.

  • you have no idea what you are talking about. view the other video in video responses.

  • Your Cat is Beautiful. The talking reminds me of my Savannah.

  • Thank you, so much. I love the way Savannahs talk!!! LOL

  • Yeah mine loves to talk, chirp, and hiss. If you check out my "outdoor cat habitat video" you can hear him . It scares most people. HaHa. Have a great weekend!

  • doesnt talk or look like my Savannah and mine is a F3... Not saying its not but its hard to identify. I am no expert.

  • I had to rewatch the video to see the ocelli . I didn't notice the first time because I was listening to him talk. Beautiful! I have a female Savannah. Just got her and she's a gorgeous pet. Wish she had his ocelli though.

  • Thank you.. Oh he is a big talker!!!!! LOL You are going to love your girl big time..

  • It is an F1, there are a few of this color out there. And yes they can act like "real" F1 Savannahs.

    L

  • Nice ocelli on the backs of the ears - one of the true traits of an F1 - red bicolor or not!

  • Thank you, Kit..... Love this boy big time..LOL

  • Of course it's a domesticated housecat! That's EXACTLY what Savannahs are!!! I love Elroy! GORGEOUS boy!

  • Thank you.. The King of the House..LOL

  • It's not a Savannah. But you are a fraud. 38 generations removed would be a generous assessment of that cat's lineage. Go to hell.

  • OK and you know!!!

  • Mr 44, Yes while hard to believe it is a Savannah by definition. I'm sure that you have about a dozen of savannahs so you should know. L

  • That is not a savannah, not even close. F38 maybe....

  • You don't have a clue.

  • Oh yea what's a F38? Do you mean F3B? Learn your generations first!

  • This is a domesticated housecat. While cute, the skeletal/facial structure is nothing like that of a serval. The tail is fairly short, he might have some serval in his past, but this is certainly not an F1.

  • You don't know what you are talking about.

  • Your savanna is so unique! I love his colour!

  • Thank You...

  • omg it looks just like donatello!! :)

  • i want one so bad. but i have to find out if im allergic first. do they sit by yourside when ur watchin t.v?i read they dont like to go on your lap. just curious. cuz i would love to pet them an for them to sit necxt to me. i just wish they were as big as a several

  • You, know this for sure? Would, you want to bet you skateboard or your mommy's computer on that.?

  • *Snort* Someone with your language skills couldn't possibly know the difference between an F1 and an alleycat bred underneath the local trailer park! What are you talking about?

Check out... Lessee... Elroy's ears... HIs beautiful, beautiful markings... His size! His loooong Serval-like legs...

Elroy is an F1 through and through- and a GORGEOUS one at that!

  • Hey sorry, aerpgaerwoag, but you're wrong. That is an F1 Savannah. From people who actually DO know what they're talking about. And can spell. And form a coherent sentence.

  • Is there some weird need you have to be crude. If you cross a Serval to a domestic cat that has white or carries for it, you will get it in the F1 progeny. It has happened several times.

  • hey thats a beautiful savannah, and i was thinking about getting one.

the only thing is i live in cananda and i was wondering how they do in the cold...since i would like to take her for walks.

if they dont liek the cold i'll have to just keep her in in the winter.

  • Thank you..My, girl ABBA loves the snow big time..

  • how much did he cost and where is the location you got him. I love savannahs and would love to have one. They are so cute. Yours sounds like hes saying I don't know!

  • Thank you.. He, was a gift from a breeder friend of mine..But, he be an off color would cost around $3500 or so....

  • his coloring makes him worth less than that, looks like an f4 or f5. One of his parents is a serval? weird... seems like he has a great personality. Good spot pattern on his sides too. what other Savannah's do you have?

  • He, may be worthless to you.. But, not to me.. He, was not even a year old when this video was made.. Yes, I have more Savannahs.. I am a breeder. People, are on a waiting list for Orange Savannahs from the Elroy's breeder..

  • Comment removed

  • Where are you getting your information from? Are you a Savannah breeder? Obviously not, because if you were- you'd know the difficulties involved in producing an F1 Savannah- which is what sets the value (that and the rarity of F1 SVs). Elroy's coloration does not make him worth an F4 OR an F5- and really, I think his Dad would agree- Elroy is worth much, much more then any price quoted above.

  • i asked ricsydiva what made him look so domestic in a post for a different video, and he mentioned that elroy's mother is a classic calico. his color and spotting is probably attributed to that.

  • Cute pink nose...

  • Thanks so much, I just contacted her last night and she has a kitten I am looking forward to bringing home with me.

  • thats not an f1 but nice vid

  • That is so a F1... I am a breeder...The, cat is from a friend of mine...The, mother was a Calico...... I know for a fact it is a F1.. The, breeder friend breeds Orange F1s......

  • I have never seen a f1 savannah with these colors, he is beautiful!!! I am looking for one orange and white like Elroy, do you know where I can find one? I checked many breeders and most of them do not have these colors.

  • Thank you...The, breeder is Kim from Savannah Cat Land......

  • Sweet kitty! He has beautiful markings

  • also what is a serval?

  • Its a large feral African cat

You should start using google, it will save you many hours...

  • OH my, whwat a beautiful boy. gota love his colors and the spots :) How much did you get it for?

  • Thank you.. He, is my boy,, He, is with me for life.. He's the Bart Simpson of the house...

  • HOW BIG DOES HE GET?? vERRRY gorgous!!i Did'nt know they come in orange, reminds me of a tiger...i have an orange kitty who is 20 pounds, hes a BIG boy!

  • Thank you...This boy is 19 lbs.. But, he is tall and long..

  • wow that is coll, never seen a serval/calico

    i want one!!!

  • Thank you.. I was a unplanned breeding...

  • my god he is absolutly gorgeous !

and i talk with my himalayan for hours on end she just thinks its great to have someone to talk to :P

  • i love how this one looks like a house cat, but you can still see spots. Its unique compared to other F1's

Im afraid if i get one, it will get shot or caught since i live in the mountains, this one would be no problem.

  • Thank you... Yea, his Father was a Serval and his mother was a Calico..... This, boy is my Bart Simpson of the house..

  • he's soooo beautiful! *_*

  • Thank you, so much...

  • lol i do the same things with my cat if they meow i just say what?

  • it kinda sounds like he's sara i don't know lol. when u ask him what he's doin

  • wow gosh ur cat is having a conversation with u, lol!

  • He, does love to talk a lot...

  • Sweet kitty! He has beautiful markings. Thanks for sharing.

  • it looks like a cheata thats cool

    or a leapord

  • Thanks,, His, father was a Serval.... These, are real cool cats... I have a couple of them...

  • dude that's an awesome looking cat!

  • Thanks,..

  • he is stunning! what breeder did you get him from? how big is he? i havent seen a Savannah with white shocks or tummy they have all been sandy or darker.

  • Thank you... His, mother was a Calico and his Father was a Serval.. The, breeder of this boy has not produced a litter of Orange kittens for awhile.. A, friend of mine is trying to produce with her Serval... I see you are from Australia... I love it,, I use to live in Sydney a couple of years ago... I miss it big time..

  • Ah another kitty that chats. I just love Elroy!

  • Thank you..Oh, he talks and talks and talks..But, I love it..

  • He is a beauty! I love a talkative cat! :)

  • Thank you...Oh, he will get much louder when he is looking for me... Most, of my Savannahs if they can't find me will start screaming for me...
