I've seen this before. the lights are most likely flares of some kind dropped from a military jet or three. I live in myrtle beach s.c. and i've seen lights like these over the ocean. The first time I was shocked, did a little research and found out about the flares and that a air force base was nearby. This video quality is bad, but in person you could tell that it was intelligently controlled. If you still don't know the truth, look up more videos froh the bronx on august 26, many people saw them and there is better quality video on youtube
