@RandyNumNutz isometric training by itself is totally bogus. Isometrics should be incorporated into standard lifts by keeping your base and your core tight. CK.
awesome drill, chris! I just did it, and it made running fun. usually I'm not a big fan of running - haha, but like I said, this was really cool so I'm gonna keep doing it. a couple of questions though: 1. what is this type of exercise good for? like to burn fat, or to be faster etc? and 2: how long are you supposed to keep running? I did it 5 times with 4 reps, but that might not be enough? keep up the good work! love your videos! :)
@glufselicious This drill is all about agility. If you're using this as an agility test you would do it 4 times with two minute rests. If you wanted make this into it's own training session you could do 12 T's with 2 minute rests for a 24 minute workout. CK.
@TSuperChallenge So when you do 12 T's, or any other cardio exercise that you've posted, is it like a substitution for the 4th quarter cardio or is it more like a bonus exercise?
@CheckosBFL You need to start with the 20 minute cardio sessions that are part of the TSC Heart of a Champion Program. This will build your aerobic capacity (without diminishing your size, strength, and power gains), then you will add sprints and super cardio.
Quads lookin good chris. How do you find all these different high schools? The one I usually go to is starting to have Fall Sports again so I'm not really sure on what to do, suggestions?
@Colyers I just schedule my training when tracks and fields are available. Also most coaches won't mind if you use a track or section of the field that is not in use as long as you don't interfere with/or distract from their practice. I actually like when fall sports starts because it means that most facilities are open longer. Also, you can always switch to using a public park.
@jordsmords I jump rope, but I don't usually make an entire "workout" out of it. It's a brilliant warm-up and can be used for high intensity conditioning from time to time. CK.
how tall are you???

hey, do you use resistance bands?

@mrdominicsee No. Bands are good for rehab, but if you're healthy you should be doing stuff that is way more fun. CK.

CK do you ever do jump rope workouts?

@jordsmords If i remember correctly he does or has. He said for a dynamic warm-up, jump rope is one of the best I believe.
