@mikeyfridgebuzz good o' ebay. 99 cents but 11 bucks for s/h from south korea. though its not the 45 single that i was looking for, its still better than nothing. the one i got is a V/A "The Best of Europe Pops". it has both tracks of Tami's on it plus some others.

This would make a nice AMV using footage from 80's cartoons "Rainbow Brite", "My Little Pony" (1984) special, "The Care Bears Movie" (1985) and its first two specials "The Land Without Feelings/The Freeze Machine" - all featuring rainbows. ; )
