She seems like a really sweet, strong chick. I had lots of negative opinions about her before watching this video, but I've changed my mind. I wish her success.

If she hadn't forgotten the lyrics to the songs after Simon EXPLICITY SAID that anyone who forgot the lyrics was gone. Now I'm not sure if I agree with that rule, but since Joanna did have connections to 19 and she made it through despite, that makes me suspicious enough that I agree with her removal.

She was cast as the lead role of "Annie" on Broadway when she was younger, around 12, and then got sick with bronchitis. While she was out sick, the producers auditioned the other "orphans" in the musical to fill in for her and decided to permanently replace her with one of the girls. So, essentially, she was fired (while under contract!).

I think she's cool. She seems nice and is a good singer. But I don't like how much make-up she's wearing here. Along with the earrings and flower thing...it's too much. Not that it really matters but whatever.

I love her because she is so talented and beautiful, yet humble and likable at the same time. She doesn't seem snobby at all.

She reminds me of Mariah Carey during the Music Box, Daydream days. She was girl next door/classy and you just wanted to be friends with her.

I like that she's true to herself and "keeps it real."
