I have the best memories with him up hunting. Like I said, this video is kind weird to me, it makes me choke up a bit thinking of all the good times I have spent with my dad, and the times that will come. I can remember him carrying me when I was five, the 3'30 am mornings, all the times sitting a hundred and fifty miles from home and civilization on the top of a mountain sipping water and eating a snickers bar after a freezing morning. I honestly cant explain it.
Your right, it takes a lot. Ive experienced it. This was a very great video! I got a little chocked up, because hunting is something i love so much and thought what i would loose in my life if it was taken from me Anyways, fight for our American right to hunt.
ive never thought about hunting, since i live in the uk, but to have the oppurtunity to hunt, with your mates, the feeling you must get :D and to feel the power you have behind that trigger..
Its not about having power. I have never felt macho before releasing an arrow from my bow, its just a way of life, tradition, and the production of clean, humanely harvested, free range, natural meat. Hunting is a part of me.
i saw in the vid family members joining in, nothing can beat family bonding, and as you said tradition, people did it back then, even more reason to continue now
yup! See im only 15 and I have been going elk hunting with my father for the past 10 years. Practically as far as I can remember. I have only hunted for the past 4 because when I was younger I could not draw the minimum weight to hunt with my bow.

Hunting is my way of life. It realy has nothing to do shooting something except that is the reason we go. Its more about family.
