To answer a few comments: Using pistol is sometimes better if you want to get high acc. Automatic weapons tend to lower the accuracy since you can accidentally fire 5 bullets instead of 1. For me the game usually only lag when there is to much traffic, the people having lag on pc might benefit from turning down the relevant graphic settings (explosions and fire). Getting 100% on pc in a single attempt is not exactly easy, but neither is this the hardest mission at all.

Hey guys, if you are struggling with completing the mission in time, here is a tip for you: after getting out of the first car, planting the bomb in front of it, hiding behind that red car, quickly throw remaining sticky bombs all over the place where NOOSE and FBI cars are going to stop, also throw some bombs where those guys gonna stand after getting out of their cars, when you detonate it should kill all of them in the area and save you a lot of time !

I've failed this mission three times already.

The first time I killed Bulgarin, the second time I killed Timur (they kept going into my line of fire) and the third time my cover suddenly blew up:D

this is the most hard mission for me, because the problem is time goal, but all ur vid help me to learn ur stratetic about drive to fast possible. Now I'm stuck with this mission by time goal (my best time was 6m 50s fail :O ), I'll try again this mission to get 100%

@GTAPeople Make sure you throw the sticky bomb to the spot where the NOOSE armored car will park like he does in the video. But also, throw one a little further behind it to get the car too. Those two bombs should wipe out the entire first wave in 1 go, saving you quite a bit of time. Lastly, detonate the bombs as soon as the guy with the briefcase gets near the SUV, don't wait for Bulgarin's signal. You won't get the "hidden bomb" goal, but if you're only concerned with time, no big deal

@MrMullig1 I tried this mission at least 20 times before I gave up getting 100% in one run. I couldn't get through traffic cleanly enough to build up enough speed to blast thru the first tollbooth without getting a wanted level. I never had trouble with the second tollbooth, since you get an FIB Buffalo after the big shootout. I got everything but the time objective in my first run and got 92%. I got the time objective in my second run (a replay) by using the RPG on the NOOSE vehicles.

Two questions - 1) Are there a lot fewer cars on the road in the Xbox 360 version? I'm playing the PC version and traffic is murder the whole way... makes it much more difficult to beat the 100% time. 2) How do you drive through the first toll booth without getting a wanted level? I've never seen the toll lane empty (0:55 in the video, see question 1) and I have to squeeze past a row of cars so I don't lose too much speed, but I always get a wanted level.

I love this mission. it's my favorite one, I play it all the time. I usually place bombs behind the other cars nearby (except the red one, of course), so the explosion is much more intense, then it gets alot easier to kill the cops...

@mgarrotte Could have sworn Rockstar added something called Auto Aiming for GTA IV. The thing that lets you target people automatically. Then all you would have to do is move the thumbstick up a bit and aim at there head. I could be totally wrong though. And of course I'm definetly being facetious since that's in the control options tab.

Or he's just using auto aim. You can move the Target reticle all over the person's body (Important during one of the early missions of GTA4). You can even shoot weapons out of people's hands :3
