The first version I heard of this song was by Dave "Snaker"Ray in the 60's. I started listening to Hammond when he had 1 album out on Vanguard (still have that one). Hammond, Koerner, Ray, and Glover (and others) turned me on to many blues masters in that mid 60's period.

I have Rough and Tough. It's not on there. What is is "My Mind Is Ramblin" which I think Hammond himself wrote. This is a Roberst Johnson song.

@JRobson1955 it could be hammond covering junior kimbrough who was an excellent blues writer. The best version I have heard of this song is by the black keys.. definitely worth a listen.
