I've done this thing for 8 days now and I don't even feel hungry or weak. Everybody told me the same crap that he is talking about in this video, but now they are proven wrong. I will finish at day 10 however as I really miss food.

Only negative side of this for me is missing food! I live in a house where people cook every night, order pizza & takeaways all the time etc. It has been hard but I feel good.

If I found for some reason that I could not do the cleanse... I'd keep my mouth shut & not discourage anyone! We ARE to cleanse & fast! The Bible says , not IF you fast , but WHEN you fast.... In EVERY indever in our lives, there are always those who want us to fail. When I have fasted before, I've just not told anyone. It drew me closer to The Lord. Thanks! & You are PRECIOUS!

NO!!!!! i didnt smell. theres so much bull crap from haters of the cleanse. i'm honest thruout my cleanse experience..if i would have stunk i would have mentioned it

OMG you're so right! I used to be skinny and eat healthy then people talk me to eat junky food now I gain like 20 pounds with a bad eating habit. Hope this cleanse will change my life too oxox

I wanted to add, that it is really no ones business.

I try and not tell anyone what I am doing, so they can't talk about it. Just make up some white lie to people at work if they are wondering why you are not eating. Tell them you have a sore throat or something. Who cares what they think, but I know it can bring you down.

People are just jealous of how good you look and feel, and they know they probably couldn't stick to it.

I love how people who are shoving burgers and fries and doughnuts down there throat give people nutrition advice!

People have fasted on ONLY WATER for 40 days!
