GSN rebroadcast this 1958 episode in December 2008. It featured Representative James Roosevelt, a Native-American gunplay teacher to stars in Hollywood and Munsel -- who indeed is well rounded.
This is a live TV director's nightmare: a diva who insists on bringing her dog. The only other mystery guest who did this was that ice skating star who appeared during the Fred Allen era.
Jonathan Winters was a talent worth its weight in gold, but this constitutes his only appearance as a WML panelist. He is very funny here (he calls for a conference and then passes), but he seemed tasked to ask one question after another.
It might have been worse: If I recall correctly, Patrice is the one who later travelled with her pet snake in her bus: A gift from her son, it was said to discourage intruders.
She was heartbreakingly beautiful in "Tonight We Sing", a wonderful film, now sadly forgotten.

It could have been a nightmare, but in this case, the little dog was very well behaved :-)

I saw Ms. Munsel in "Kiss Me Kate" at the Mineola Theater on Long Island around 1965 and really enjoyed it. (At age 13.) A lovely Lilli Vanessi.
