@EarnBigBills I believe it only works in the US and it is found on the BlueCop repository. If you do a google search for XMBC repositories or install the 'Repositories Installer' plugin you will find the BlueCop repository. Install BlueCop and you will find the Free Cable plugin. You can also search the XBMC forum website for 'Free Cable' to get more information about the plugin.
I have the same plug-in but I don't have the luck you have, I can't stream ANY of the shows in the list. Do you have to do special "something" to make it work? Thanks

@migma25 What version of the plugin are you running? What Shows are you trying to watch? Did you visist the XBMC Forum page on the plugin?
