I made it, was availible from my website at one point in time, but haven't updated the files in like forever and a day.

Perhaps someday if I remember how to convert my TRS version into MSTS i'll update it and have it for download, again.

I found my copy of MSTS at Wal*Mart for like $10.00 that's way cheaper then trying to find it someplace online, because of shipping and handleing and soforth.

Actually it's the video capture that slows my system down, the game runs fine, by itself, the second I turn on video capture it slows everything down, as if it's taking screenshots every 1/30th a second.

Uhm, it's like that on the show too.

You've seen the clips from "Supertrain" around here ? It's not the most roundish train out there, it's somewhat angular.

I took a few liberties to get around the whole "Copyright" issue as the show and the train are still owned by NBC / Universal.

It's Microsoft Train Simulator, I Found it at Wal*Mart for like $10.00 in eletronics.

Unless you mean the train in the game, I made that myself, took a long time to convert it from TRAINZ to MSTS.

The frame rates only do that when FRAPS is running, it runs a lot smoother without FRAPS running, basicly what happens is FRAPS is slowing the game down to capture each frame as the game runs at whatever frame rate.

First you need Gmax ( do a search for it )

THen you go to MSTS website or Trainz website.....

You need 'Gmax' plus the plug-in for MSTS from MSTS website, yea, I know, it's no longer there as they re-did the website due to a new version of MSTS on it's way, so you're out of luck =(

Not sure how to get 2 trains chaseing one another in MSTS, now in TRAINZ it's easy as PI to do that, i'll have to lay 2 tracks down side by side, a train on each track to race / chase one another....

Well, Supertrain was a show from the late 70's early 80's (1979 to be precice) Inside one of the traincars was a DISCO, compleate with a flashing floor deal.

I think it has more to do w/ how I compressed it down from 1gb to something that'd fit on YouTube, it actually looks better on the computer itself.

HA! That looks cool. I loved this show when it was on. -Stupid show, but studying the models was fun. The original model was something like 3 feet off the ground, wasn't it?

The reason it's the size it is is due to the fact I couldn't make custom rails for the train at full size for MSTS, so I sclaled it down to fit the standard rails MSTS has, to get a better idea of how big it realy is ( as far as it was on the TV show that is ) take a look at the TV clips I have on You Tube or my Trainz version, which allowed me to make custom rails for it as I made the Trainz version first.

If you mean why isn't it on widegauge rails like it is in Trainz, it is due to not being able to make custom made rails for MSTS.
