The stuff that I use is sea salt and warm water......all u do is get a bowl,seasalt,face washer and warm water.....u get a bowl and put sum seasalt in it and sum warm water then u put the face washer in the bowl, leave the face washer in the bowl for a while them put the face washer on ur face,just make sure the water is warm so it opens up ur poors

I got my friends son a bottle of tea tree oil. he washed his face at night then put it on for bed. washed if off in the shower in the a.m. was cleared up in three days. He loves me, his mom didn't like the smell lol. use a old pillow case and make sure you have a cover that will protect your pillow. he now only has to use it once a week.

Im sorry, but using baking soda is going to dry out your skin. If you want to get rid of your acne or blemishes, you need to do it in a much gentler and natural way, and you MUST hydrate your skin! Drying out your skin only tells your body to create more oils, which creates more bacteria which then turns into a blemish/acne. Hydrating your skin is going to DETOXIFY. its like going on a diet, you drink alot of water, you detoxify your body. & use natural ingredients! Chemicals is a HUGE no no

So true! Every time I wash my face with baking soda (just wash, not leave on) my skin gets so soft and acne subsides drastically! My face feels so clean, fresh and as if it can actually breathe! I have sensitive skin and I only have to do this twice a week and I never have to use soap, exfoliator, toner or facial cleanser, ever. If I want to remove make-up I just use oil and then clean with baking soda. Thanks for sharing:)

I was very skeptical about using Baking Soda on my face, since I was afraid of how badly my face would become irritated, but to my surprise it ACTUALLY WORKS!!! It also helps to minimize PORES!!! Which is AMAZING! I would suggest using the Baking Soda mask every other day, since it does have a high PH and will deff dry out your skin...so make sure after every use you put some face moisturizer on, to avoid excessive oily skin! At Walmart there is an Equate brand 10% benzoyle peroxide cream-its only like 3 dollars. and its smack next to the 10 dollar ones like stridex or something. Anyways my daughter had cystic acne and we even did dermatologist visits. TO DATE this was the only thing to cure her skin :) After seeing this video I will show it to her as well, an thought to share her find at the same time :)

@Breengab well i applied a thin layer of it all over my face and it burned so bad! and i left it on only for about 2 mins because i couldnt take it any longer than that. and when i washed it off with water all of the little grain things scrubbed against my skin and it was really painful! and it made my skin quite blotchy :( BUT i then put some ice on any pimples i had for about 5 mins each and woke up the next morning and my pimples were virtually gone!-it drys out your skin so mousturise!
