@CrushedJustice Thank you! Most recently, I record directly to the computer for videos, and I've been using "LePou" amp simulation plugins. For live playing, I keep it simple and stick to a 2x12 crate amp, or I'll sometimes play through a h&k switchblade and mesa boogie cabinet for bigger shows or recording.

similar picking as in the beginning was used in 'time consumer' by coheed. not as difficult though lol, but i used the same approach of isolating the right hand.

dude you have improved my playing so much and this is going to be one badass song to bne like hey look what i can play. but your sweep videos also helped alot keep up the hard work. i also recommend finding your own band soon and not joining and already made one cause theres alot of ideas yet to be explored. for me im going to take everything ive learned on the guitar and shred on the electric violin. good luck

@MrDrag0nfist I'm very glad to hear that! The bands that I'm in were basically in their infancy when I joined them, so they kind of are my own bands too lol. I definitely agree that there's endless ideas to be explored, and one of my long-term goals is to build my contact circle for implementing such ideas. And shredding the violin sounds like fun, go for it!
