Personally I don't like Apple product, but I don't think Zune HD is better than Ipod Touch. I you look at the developers involved developing Apple softwares are tremendous. Also lots of amazing products been developed for Apple product, such as Ipod Touch and Iphone.

Wow, im really glad i went with the ipod, i was always a zune fan and i struggled when determining if i was going to buy a Zune HD or Ipod Touch, but after watching this video the Ipod is just way more fluid and its a million times more responsive!

i think the zune HD was ok i fell in love with it when i saw it but when i compared it with the new ipod touch 32GB 3rd generation i think it was better cuz it has more apps to choose from, think bout it 75,000 apps vs like 2 or 3 apps for the zune HD thats really lame. sorry microsoft i think u have failed again ipod touch beat ur butts HAHA. the only good side bout the zune HD it has cd quality radio which is not bad :) the ipod touch u cna always download AOL radio, I heart radio and more ^_^

its an interesting os but they say there are some major hardware problems with the zune. such as connecting it to a hd tv isnt as great as u think, it slows down a lot

That's the advertised battery life. I haven't found any review (not even Ars Technica's) that has tested the claim.

Well any other battery life specs will be very dependable on things like brightness, volume level, EQ settings, amount of touching/interacting, and various other variables. It would be hard to get a true battery life estimate from just one website or person.

The way I see it, the Zune HD beats the iPod Touch on battery life. It may run for less than 33 hours as advertised, but the iPod Touch will run for less than advertised also.

Even if they both run less, the Zune HD runs for longer.

- Video playback is taxing but will be done far less often.

I actually have 2 zunes. I still have my original 1st gen 30gb and purchased the 120gb last year. Both still work with no problems. So like with any electronics, your mileage may vary.

Don't change your mind off of ONE person's bad experience? ALL MP3 players have issues. I've gone through 5 iPods in less than a year. Decided to get a Zune80 in early 2008 to use with my iPod Nano.

The Zune 80 has NEVER had an issue. Ever. I had to replace the Nano 5 times in one year. I got so fed up that I eventually told them I wanted an iPod Touch or they've lost a customer. Got an 8gig 2nd gen just like that.

But I would try it out for yourself. That's the best way to make a decision.
