i had to check yyur country in youtube profile thing. do japanese game work in philippines. if no then you need either buy an japanese ps2 or modify your current ps2 so it can run japanese games. missions are not necessarily from eureka you'll play missions from other series like gundam aswell. the name is another century

Dunno about power, because that spinning beam attack probably is the same in terms of power as Wing Zero's and you can get that quite easily. It's probably worth completing all secret mission for the BGM though. Plus it's so massive =)
