Im Cuban i left my country 12 years ago and when i was a child in the 80`s they use to run this exercises avery year (Bastion Nacional). And the city should be totally lights off at certain times in the evening. The whole citizenship has to participate it is a mandatory exersice. And the amazing for this litle military was the wars that they managed and run in some african countries whit victories on they favor.The military equipment and engineering was totally USSR made.
